White Fatty Sand

White Fatty Sand has a higher clay content than beach sand. The clay helps to repel water allowing the sand to become stickier and more workable when utilised in a mortar mix. 

White Fatty sand is generally utilised with off white cement to achieve an off white mortar joint in brick and blockwork. 

Blue Gum Tip - Sand colour can vary, it is advisable to order enough sand to complete your job with the same batch.
